WINEMAKER’S NOTES

This exciting wine includes the first fruit from the Toil Estate Vineyard! Though removed from the skins almost immediately, this rosé picked up more color than previous vintages, yielding a beautiful ruby hue. The nose is dripping in crushed raspberry and mountain strawberries. Rich yet refreshing on the palate, with gobs of fruit and glycerin, balanced with great acid. Gulpable! We’ve had such a positive response to this wine but haven’t been able to produce any larger quantities, so this will sell quickly. I promise to make more in future vintages! | PRINT |
