Shipping Windows & Timing

Most orders will ship within two weeks or less of receipt, weather permitting.

• If you are unavailable to sign within this timeframe, please include preferred delivery dates in your order comments or contact us via phone or email as soon as possible.
• Orders shipping to warm weather states may be held until Fall to ensure safe transit.

Weather-Safe Shipping

We only ship when temperatures along the transit route are between 20–80 °F. When conditions exceed that range, orders remain in climate-controlled storage until temperatures are suitable. Extreme weather may delay shipments.

Signature Required

All orders ship via UPS Ground and require an adult (21+) signature.

Address Changes, Returns, & Re-Routes

• Fees apply to returned or redirected packages after they ship.
• If your address or timing changes, please contact us before your order leaves Walla Walla.
