WINEMAKER’S NOTES

This crisp and bright Chardonnay has perfect levels of mid-palate richness. The fruit profile is of Asian pear and candied apple. We make our Chardonnay from the Dupee Valley Vineyard in the very cool coastal McMinnville Foothills sub-appellation, which lends the crispness on the palate. Our neutral oak fermentation and full secondary fermentation round out the wine with richness. | PRINT |
